Positive: The staff was amazing. Rooms clean most part , hot tub nice. Beds comfy

Negative: Our shower door ( room #220) would not stay shut. Pool super cold for mid winter break. We had no toilet paper and had to ask for more and only 1 roll for all of us girls. No Kleenex in box. Know they can’t control noise - loud the second and I swear a big boy person on 3 rd floor - woke me up 5 am and heavy loud waking until 6:40. Seriously thought ceiling might cave in😮
