Summary: Rooms are in poor shape. Feels like a typical motel and not a 4 star hotel as advertised. Do not believe the AI generated pictures. Everything is very dated - stained rugs, stained curtains. Shower heads look like they were never cleaned. I love Phoenix but wouldnt stay in this hotel again.
