Summary: Hotel without acceptable aesthetic and comfort standards, especially inside: reception is very unwelcoming and always looks bad, ceilings in the corridors on the upper floors are very low, the corridors themselves are very long and without any decoration (more like prison corridors).
Rooms are very small and do not have enough space for 2 or 3 people to move around reasonably. Bathroom is also a bit cramped and has problems with the shower getting blocked.
Cleanliness, although not desirable, is still acceptable.
The main thing to save the reception staff is the friendly and professional staff, who have demonstrated a good level of customer service.
This hotel needs a major renovation and I would definitely go back if that happened, because I liked the area where it is located. However, I would not recommend it in the state it is in at the moment.

Summary: Convenient for our plans and travel. Good restaurants located nearby. Staff was very friendly, polite, courteous and helpful with suggestions, concerns. Had to change out rooms as first room had drainage issues. Not enough towels, and was informed initially that towels are not changed or given daily, though they were provided upon request.

Summary: The staff were super friendly and very helpful,they were all speaking english and gave us best indications.
Breakfast was good,all the time topped up.

Summary: The hotel is quite simple, not any luxus, if you need a roof over your head for the nights this is a good and quite cheap choice for your stay in Paris. Public transportation connections are near and couple of markets if you want to buy some snacks.

Summary: The hotel smells a lot of cigarette, the room as well. It was disgusting! The bathroom was very little and the shower water was leaking out and wetting the entire floor. The staff was not helpful at all, they are not aware of anything. Terrible experience

Summary: Absolutely the best experiences iv ever had thank you for the team for making me feel comfortable. Also i would definitely come back again when im in paris. Thank you.
But 1 thing tho if theres any bins kept inside the room apart from the small one in the bathroom which i have to keep on going up and down to throw the rubbish away.
Also the bugs that come through the window and the AC Blowing out hot air need a little improvement other than that customer service was 100% made me feel welcome and they were smartly dressed and also showed a smile expecially the woman who covers the night lol i thought she had a little crush on me lol

Summary: The room was okay, the air conditioner was set to heating and no cooling even after changing the temperature. This required that I left the windows open for ventilation but my room was just by the roadside. So I had to choose between the noise from the always busy road and staying in a very warm room.
