Summary: We have stayed at the hotel numerous times in the last decade, when in the UK. Always cozy, comfortable and clean. Great views! Josh, the General Manager, displays excellent customer service skills. He was very helpful and understanding of a request beyond our control; and always seemed upbeat. Night staff were also very friendly and kind. Cheers! Jonathan
