This spacious basement suite hardly feels like a basement apartment with high ceilings, light and airy decor, and an open floor plan. Located in the heart of Utah Valley, this place is ideal for anyone looking to escape to the mountains or spend some time close to family and friends!
The Space:
Guests have a separate entrance. The apartment consists of one bedroom and two pull-out couches in the living room. Air mattresses and a Pack And Play are available as well. There is one bathroom that is accessible from the bedroom and living room. The apartment has an open kitchen and living area.
Plenty of parking in the driveway, if more parking is needed (even trailers) I can accommodate. There is also street parking if needed.
There is also a City park just to the North within walking distance.

Access the basement apartment is on the east side (closest to the mountains)of the house, adjacent to the deck. Downward stairs lead directly into the apartment.
