"The North" with views of the Blue Ridge Mountains has 4 bedrooms. Two Queen and a Twin bedroom on the first floor and on the 2nd Floor finds an additional Queen bedroom as well as the Kitchen, Living room and the Dining area. In addition, at basement level there is a yoga studio and game area with foosball and air hockey tables, as well as an outside patio wth furniture and a charcoal BBQ.
“The South” consists of King and Queen ensuite bedrooms and in addition to the large Living Room and Dining areas, you'll find the kitchen is well appropriated for any cooking needs. The home also has an outdoor seating patio with a charcoal BBQ.
"The Cottage" consists of 3 bedrooms - a King, a Queen and a Twin bedroom. The downstairs has a fully equipped kitchen as well as the living room and a dining area with views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
The space
SAFETY: We are licensed by Albemarle County, which requires an annual fire inspection. The house is equipped with smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, evacuation routes, fire ladders, first aid kits, fire blankets, and postings with emergency numbers. We also have an AED on the property.
Guest access
Guests can enjoy the space and tranquility of grazing animals while enjoying the sweeping views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Take the trail to the Rivanna River or do laps in the pool. Guests are welcome to explore the property, we only ask that they stay within Rivanna Estates property lines. Please see the map that will be located in the residence. This bucolic property is also a short driving distance to Barboursville Winery as well as many other vineyards and distilleries. History buffs will enjoy taking the tour of Thomas Jefferson’s home, the famous Monticello, as well as James Madison’s Montpelier.

Pool: We open the pool towards the end of May and close it in early October, weather dependent. There is a basket of pool towels near your front door. Please sign the pool waiver prior to using the pool. The pool is reserved for resident guests only.
You are permitted to bring up to 2 dogs, no more, with a $75 plus tax pet cleaning fee per dog added to the reservation. You must notify us if you are bringing a dog.
