Summary: Parking was close, very convenient. Room was clean, however, front desk person offered a ground floor room, ADA accomodated, but queen bed..not king. I agreed. Room was VERY basic, minimal furniture and bed was not a queen size. Mattress was thin, you could feel and hear the springs when you sat down. There were only 2 thin, flat pillows Step in shower would have been great if there were safety bars to use when stepping in!..shower head did NOT adjust and it was aimed at the wall-very hard to rinse half my body. Tub was slippery, even with the rubber shower mat I brought. Room service was very nice and gave us fresh towels the first morning. Ice machine closest to us and on second floor didn't work. At check in I asked whether they served breakfast. He said no but there was coffee, indicating the front desk area. When we attempted to get coffee, there was none and person acted oblivious about having coffee for patrons!? Overall, we were mostly disappointed about the size and condition of the bed. Two tall adults barey fit, with feet on the edge. Add a 70 lb spoiled dog used to sleeping with me and it spells disastrous interruptions and poor sleep. Trust me, there was NO hot tub.
