Summary: Front desk women frantic about system being down and communicated to me to prepare for lengthy check-in. I completed paperwork by hand, then system came up. Very unprofessional and frazzled. I will probably stay in Bend next time I visit. Was limited choices due to dog. Bed made loud noises ever move and slopes. Only soap bar, no shampoo etc. one plug in for charging stations far from bed.
