Positive: Convenient location, coffee is free, staff friendly and helpful.

Negative: I have stayed at this motel many times over the past ten years. It consistently provides a place I can stay that is economical and convenient. I would prefer a box of Kleenex in the room. Otherwise, it is well suited to my needs.
