Summary: Freeway is loud. The building shakes when people are going up and down the stairs; it feels like an earthquake. Scary. The floors had not been swepted or mopped. I tried wiping up drops of water and the floor was black; its was disgusting. Microwave and frig had not been cleaned. Bed is uncomfortable. Only two places to hang two towels.
