Positive: A wonderful, warm welcome at a new and very pleasant hotel. The staff are exceptionally helpful and the large, modern bathroom was a real highlight. A very comfortable and inviting stay overall.

Negative: The only practical downside was the lack of a luggage rack or dedicated space to open a suitcase, which meant having to place it on the floor. A small shelf or couple of foldable racks would make a big difference.
