This atmospheric 120 m² holiday home welcomes up to 5 guests – perfect for families, friends, or couples looking to slow down in the green heart of Touraine. Authentic stone walls, wooden beams, and a cozy fireplace give the house a warm and unique character. The spacious living room offers a beautiful view of the countryside, or enjoy a sunny meal outside on the terrace.

Bedrooms & comfort
On the ground floor, you'll find a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a single bed (90x200). Upstairs, there’s a second bedroom with two joined single beds (90x200). Each floor has its own bathroom and toilet – privacy guaranteed!

Cooking with a view
The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the fields and includes everything you need: gas stove, oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher.

And the best part?
A heated swimming pool (open mid-June to mid-September), plus 2.5 hectares of garden with a pétanque court and a swing for the kids. The gardener, David, spends every Monday and Saturday morning and Wednesday looking after the garden without disturbing you at home to guaranty your privacy.

Self check-in – safe & convenient
Check-in is easy via a secure key box. You access the property through a remote-controlled gate – the remote is in the key box. Once inside, you’ll have exclusive access to the fully equipped home reserved just for you.

Summary: Beautiful area, so tranquil. Property was lovely and very comfortable. Felt so relaxed and enjoyed sitting in the lounge in the evenings, just looking outside through the double doors, so peaceful. The only 2 things I would mention is that the pool could do with just a little TLC, mainly on the floor and the freezer to have some attention to the seal. Our preference, but saying that it certainly wouldn’t put us off staying again.
