Summary: Property is rundown and not kept up. Room also run down, has toilet, sink. One sharable shower on third floor that worked but cluttered with non essentials, lacked places to hold soap etc, 'broken' shower head that you had to hold to use. Overall good location, 20 minutes walk to Notre Dame, Louvre, close to subways, trains, restaurants, patisseries. Farther to Eiffel Tower, arc de triomphe (use subway). Overall, recommend paying more and hopefully get a better place.
