Positive: We arrived early at the hotel and Sebastian was at reception. He was very attentive and suggested places to go highlighting them in a map. It was my daughter's 18th birthday and he arranged for a surprise bottle of wine and some macaroons and cakes to be brought up to the room in the evening. When we came back from visiting the Eiffel Tower, Sergio showed us to our room and he could not have been more helpful and friendly. Sergio arranged for a taxi to pick us up later that day. The next morning when checking out, Stephane and Sultan assisted us and offered to keep our bags until after we had visited other sites and were ready to depart towards the airport. When we arrived back to the hotel to collect our bags, we were helped by Omran who was very kind and helpful. The room was amazing! We had a balcony with a view of the Eiffel Tower. I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely return. Apart from the view from the room, the staff at the hotel made our stay very special.

Negative: I couldn't fault it.
