Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and exceptionally well presented. Fresh scrambled eggs were cooked at my request each morning. The exception for me was the coffee which was weak. The room was large, comfortable and well furnished.

Negative: The site was in the midst of building works which detracted from the ambience of the setting, which would otherwise have been at a high level.

Summary: A beautifully appointed small hotel with friendly a well appointed staff making an excellent stay.
