Positive: Staff were excellent and very welcoming. Room and ensuite compact however perfect for 1 night stay. Towels were included. Very little road noise but some noise from hall. Close to major road and easy to find. Breakfast was basic. Excellent free parking. Value for money

Negative: No where to put bags but as we only stayed 1 night no big issue.
