Positive: Staff were very accommodating and friendly, clear instructions on how to check in after reception hours and always a lovely breakfast.

Negative: Bed was a bit too soft for our liking, we noticed a mattress topper which you can remove if you prefer. Rooms were very hot, it was an incredibly hot bank holiday weekend so we kept the curtains closed and windows open during the day/night, but even so it was difficult to sleep due to the heat.
