Positive: Hotel is brilliant. Hotel staff were so helpful and very available. Wish we had stayed longer to enjoy all the facilities

Negative: The brasserie restaurant service was so slow. Food and value excellent- but it took 15 mins wait to get a child’s ice-cream (which was in a pot!) for them to tell us they didn't have that flavour!!!

Summary: Brilliant hotel, easy to get to and very comfortable
