Positive: Staff were lovely and helpful with a good knowledge of the area. We chose the location so to us it was excellent, just a 5 minute drive into Sarlat. The property has a nice pool and had the weather been warmer we might have made use of it. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good with reasonable choices.

Negative: When booking the rooms shown were larger than the room we were allocated, so we felt let down that the room was small and there was nowhere where you could sit privately and relax. The only alternative in your room was to go to bed. For privacy you had to lean out of your window to close the shutters. There was only voile at the windows and no blinds. There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room. Everything was an extra.
