Summary: Walked in to a bad smelling lobby. Checked in around 11pm, and desk attendant was no where to be found. Finally showed up and took forever to check me in. Room type i booked was no loner available so got down graded. Got to the room and looked like only rhe beds had been cleaned. Floor was dirty, sink was gross. A/C had no room temp adjustment so room was stuffy and sweaty. Slept horribly. Tried to go to the gym and key card wouldnt work. No sign to say it wasnt in service. Went to the front desk to ask, again no attendant around. Gave up and worked out in my room. Noticed the hand towels looked used. Went to get breakfast at 7 and limited options. Didnt have any fruit and coffee tasted like dirt. I have pretty low standards and was just on a work trip but this was pretty gross. Wont ever stay again.
