Positive: Location ok, close to metro, walking distance from Gare du Nord. Staff, except for one, were nice and polite. Cleaning ok. Excellent beds. On Thursday and Friday the breakfast was managed very well, thanks to the nice lady in charge on those mornings. We had even fresh fruitsalad.

Negative: Room small and shabby, very different from the photos in Booking. Walls are paper-thin. On Thursday and Friday the breakfast was managed very well, thanks to the lady in charge on those mornings. Saturday and Sunday were bad; the young guy was standing in the kitchen with his mobile phone when foods were finished in the breakfast room. We had to ask for the scrambled eggs which then was cold though he 'warmed it up' in the microwave, the same with the tiny sausages. No fruitsalad, no cucumber, tomato we had to ask for, so he sliced two. Pain au chocolat also finished. So many people and yet the other part of the breakfast room was all in darkness - why? Thursday and Friday all of it was available for guests. Can't recommend.
