Positive: The reception staff were exceptionally courteous, respectful, and incredibly helpful. I had made three separate reservations, and they kindly arranged to merge them for me. They provided two adjacent rooms with no separation between them, which was perfect for me and my children. While the rooms were slightly small, they were still suitable, even though we had a lot of luggage.
