Positive: Clean room, very comfortable beds, the lighting options and the size of the room

Negative: 2 things: 1 ) Parking issues: it was open and accessible to everyone for at least 3 days due to an issue on the gate, and we could not park as it was full. Fortunately we were refunded by the parking fees. Hotel could have had a gesture for the inconveniences. 2) The service given by the receptionist during the check-in process could be improved. She could not find my reservation and repeted a couple of times that reservation was not made... creating some uncertainty just upon arrival. She could have taken a moment to check and listen to guest (me) carefully, before providing innacurate information.
