Summary: The room that I booked and paid for was not available but instead out of service. It was supposed to be a romantic New Year’s for me and my hubby so we booked a suite with a large jacuzzi tub and shower, but we received a small bathroom with an even smaller tub. The pillows on this King size bed were very outdated and hard, not comfortable at all, but other than that the staff was amazing!
