Summary: The room smelled heavily like cigarette smoke even though it was a no smoking room and there were crumbs on the bed sheets like they hadn’t been changed. I just felt like, overall, the room hadn’t really been cleaned. And when we went for breakfast, the options were very limited like only having everything bagels but didn’t have just plain bagels.
