This 91m² single-story gîte, renovated in 2024, features a living area with a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a relaxation area with a television. Three bedrooms are available: two bedrooms with a double bed (140cm x 190cm) and one bedroom with two single beds (90cm x 190cm). A bathroom with a large walk-in shower and two toilets, one of which is separate, complete the gîte.
Enjoy sunny days on the terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, and sun loungers are provided) or in the unfenced garden below. A pond just a few meters from the cottage will delight fishing enthusiasts (carp, pike, freshwater fish, etc.).
