Summary: We had booked three nights; however, we stayed only two nights and left early because our children refused to continue the stay due to the poor experience. The breakfast menu was very poor. The same menu was served every day with no variety. For a family stay, this was disappointing and did not meet our expectations. Additionally, when we requested towels, we were told to come to the reception and collect them ourselves. This was very inconvenient and reflects poor housekeeping service. Because of these issues, our overall experience was uncomfortable, and it affected our family vacation. We hope the hotel management will take this feedback seriously and improve the quality of services for future guests.
