Positive: The hotel has a bit of charm and is very nicely decorated. The rooms and common areas feel thoughtfully furnished, which gives the place a cosy and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were also very friendly, however not helpful as the service they provided was very much limited.

Negative: On one day, my room was not cleaned. Although a quick solution was offered, the room was not properly made up afterwards, and instead of an apology, I was given several explanations about why the hotel does not do “proper cleaning” for ecological reasons. The breakfast was also very limited, with few options and poor coffee. I was also told that the area is not the safest, especially at night. Overall, while the staff were friendly, the service and hotel offering felt quite limited.

Summary: Not helpful and limited services - but charming and nicely decorated
