Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The hotel room was clean.

Negative: The staff weren’t friendly. I only had one or two persons say hello/goodbye as we came or left. The bath tub drain was clogged and we stood in the dirty shower water. Gross. The one wood key didn’t work in the elevator as we tried go down. The door closed and I pressed the bell button. No help. The lights turned off! 😡Then I kept hitting the bell button but nothing! No help or anything. Finally another traveller came to use the elevator and we went down with him. I took the key to the desk attendant and he didn’t even seem to care 🤷‍♀️ I got upset. He just reprogrammed the key. No sorry or care.

Summary: Won’t stay there again.
