buildings have central air conditioning and are fully winterized for off season use. Sheets and towels are at the house, guests must wash/drying them prior to check out. Sleeps up to 12.
There are 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 washer/dryers, outdoor furniture, 2 gas grills, and a large yard for entertaining.
The location is top notch as you can hear the waves from the beach at night, Andy's Way is within a 1/2 mile, and you can walk to the North Light House. Town is a few minutes drive away.
What makes this beach property wonderful is that it is only a 1/4 mile walk to sandy and beautiful Mansion Beach. There is no need to pack up for the entire day, family and friends can go back and forth to the beach to ensure that everyone has a laid back and enjoyable vacation.
