The large French windows and high ceilings give a real sense of space and offers great views of the gardens and the Mediterranean. The dining room leads from the lounge into a large fully equipped kitchen with an extra large steam oven, extra large conventional oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas rings as well as an indoor grill, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster and blender. The living and dining room open onto the terrace with a covered alfresco dining area with seating for 12 guests as well as a large summer lounge under a wisteria canopy overlooking the sea and the Pampelonne area.
The house has 6 bedrooms: 5 guests rooms in one wing next to a lily pond and glass corridor, all with ensuite bathrooms (with either shower enclosure or bathtub), fitted wardrobes and A/C. The master bedroom is next to the study with a full ensuite bathroom (bathtub and shower enclosure), walk-in closet and private terrace in a secluded area of the garden with lemon trees to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee in the morning.
There is also a TV room with a large sofa, a library and a laundry room.
