The cottage rests in a charming and safe neighborhood, just two blocks from the UO campus and Hayward Field. There is a driveway with a dedicated parking spot and a gravel pathway leading to your own private entrance with self check-in.
The cottage boasts a fully stocked kitchen with a range, full size refrigerator and microwave, in addition to a Keurig.
Double sinks in the bathroom. Bedroom with comfortable queen size bed, a large dresser and closet for clothing, and mounted TV. Living room with full-size pull-out sofa bed, additional TV, table and 4 chairs. Private garden/courtyard includes table and chairs. It's the perfect place to relax with a morning cup of coffee, eat a meal, or enjoy a local beer or glass of wine.
The neighborhood food hub, with approx.7 restaurants and cafes, is just a block away. Picturesque Washburne Park (the perfect place for a picnic) is at the end of the block. Downtown Eugene is just a quick 5-minute drive!
Day trip 60 minutes to the Oregon coast, two hours to the Cascades or Portland, 60 minutes to Salem, 45 minutes to Corvallis.
