Independent studio of 20 m² in a large houseboat with four other independent accommodations, 7 min. walk to the metro line 1 which crosses the whole of Paris, completely surrounded by greenery, in an idyllic setting, far from the Parisian hustle and bustle, in the very chic suburb of Neuilly sur Seine.
The houseboat is located on a side arm of the Seine, i.e. no boat traffic (only mooring traffic, anglers and rowers). The boat does not move either.
Access to an outdoor terrace on the bank, equipped with garden furniture and plancha, for sunbathing or dining, as well as the entire riverside area around the boat. This is not private, but we are allowed to use it.
Access to the studio is via a staircase leading over the banks, a jetty and an internal staircase. Non-smoking studio.
The accommodation
The studio is located at the front of the boat unit with a view of the Seine. The owners live on the floor above. The outside entrances on the bank have been set up for the tenants on the lower floor. You will eventually share it with them, but there is enough outdoor space and garden furniture for everyone.
The studio is fully equipped : microwave, fridge, cooker, crockery, bed linen and towels, internet access, bathroom with WC, shower, dressing room, storage room.
Two special features to note : the bed is a pull-out bed (80/160 x200cm), the ceiling is slightly lower than normal (2.12 instead of 2.30). The studio is non-smoking (as is the entire boat).
You can get to the Champs Elysées in 15 minutes by public transport, and the La Défense business district is a 20-minute walk away. 10 minutes walk from all shops, restaurants, pharmacies. Here you will feel enchanted, surrounded by nature and tranquillity, almost in the heart of the city. The location is truly heavenly and the accommodation has all the necessary amenities.
The facilities make it possible to cook in the studio, which is perfectly equipped for this.

Access for guests
A fully equipped and private studio with equipped kitchenette and private shower room. The shore and the shore terrace u are collective, and is shared with 3 other tenants of other studios.
Access from the boulevard is via a small gate, a concrete staircase that leads down to the shore, past the shore terrace and the gardens. Then there is a gangway to the entrance door of the boat with a digital lock. Inside, a staircase leads down to your studio.
The bow terrace and the sundeck on the upper floor are not accessible to tenants. Thank you for your understanding.
