Summary: Please beware when considering this property. We booked a premium condo, Ocean View but when we arrived we were not given a room with an Ocean View. We were told that we could not be moved to the correct room and that no compensation would be provided. The manager was very rude and attempted to gaslight the situation. In addition, when we arrived a used soap bar was in the shower, the tub was not cleaned well and food was left in the cabinets. Initially, the manager asked us to remove the items, instead of having someone ensure that our room was ready and well cleaned. Also, the furniture on the balcony was torn and worn out. We made the best out of the situation but would not book this condo again. Ocean View is the premier option when going to the beach. To offer Ocean View and not provide it is very bad business.
