Summary: Although automated check-in was easy, the fact that there was no one available if we needed assistance, which we did was frustrating. And no one responded when we tried to reach out via text. The room was clean enough and fairly quiet but the bed was rock hard and the bedding was terrible. We booked a suite which was actually just two room next to each other, kind of disappointing and deceptive.
