Infinity view heated pool, xl hot tub, outdoor kitchen and dinning, basketball hoop, Badminton/volleyball, ping pong, and 2000 SF roller skating barn to keep you busy! Guadalupe river park 5 minutes away. Located in Sisterdale Texas, 15 minutes to Boerne, or Comfort and 35 minutes to Fredericksburg. Sleep 10, with 4 bedroom 3.5 bath, 4 queen size beds, and one king. The 4th queen is in tv room with no door and available upon request. Brand new bedding and bath towels, and home has been professionally cleaned! This is our private home we are only renting out for the once in a lifetime eclipse experience. So it is fully stocked! Fabulous BBQ restaurant 7 minutes away! HEB food delivery available.
