This is a furnished single-family home with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is fully equipped and includes all utilities (electricity/gas, and high-speed internet.), and seasonal yard services. 31 days minimum rental. We are happy to discount home for longer stays, health professionals, and veterans and will extend contracts should individuals catch Covid.
This home has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, two living room spaces, an outside deck, and a beautiful backyard. Three of the bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the main floor. Currently, two of the bedrooms are set as offices (please indicate if you need a bed setup instead). The fourth bedroom, full bathroom, recreation room, bonus office space or playroom, and laundry room are located in a bright and airy basement. Additionally, there is an attached two-car garage and plenty of storage for recreation gear.
Each office includes a desk/chair. There is a WiFi router, and one laser printer set up. Bed and bathroom and kitchen linens included. Each platform queen bed has under-storage and firm mattresses with 3" Lucid gel toppers. Linens, pillows, and blankets are included.
The home is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood; accessible to Washington DC and Baltimore's nearby highways. 0.7 miles to MARC train, 2.6 miles to Shady Grove Red line and NIST; 14 miles to NIH. Close to local and state parks, markets, restaurants, and fitness centers including family-friendly Bohmer Water Park, Duval Park, Seneca Creek, and Upper Rock Creek Parks.
