Explore the Copper Country while staying in this centrally located historic home. Nestled in a cozy neighborhood, this house was once home to the streetcar station of Quincy Hill! Walk where so many have in days gone by as it is within distance of the Quincy Mine Hoist, the Maasto Hiihto ski and hiking trails, and local ATV trails. There is no need to trailer your snowmobile as you will be able to access a trail a short distance from the house. Take a sunrise hike less than a mile away on the Mont Ripley ski hill and see the spectacular sunsets over the Portage Canal. Spend your days visiting the endless historic mining sights, exploring the vast number of public beaches and waterfalls, and hiking, biking and riding the countless trail systems. This home is situated on 3 acres of private land with a huge backyard. At the end of the day you will sleep like a baby on the comfortable beds in this tidy home. There are 3 upstairs bedrooms (one is a walk through) and 2 portable air conditioners in bedrooms. (There is no air conditioning downstairs but is rarely needed here) WIFI and a smart TV are included as well as a pack and play and high chair. Summary: Beds had memory foam, im not used to it. Loved the experience as a whole, only drawback was the quality of TP. We bought what we like to use instead. The guest book containing the experience of previous stays was entertaining and helpful.
