Positive: I loved everything about this trip. The Staff was amazing, the room and the food was perfect. The pool was too cold for this time of the year but other than that the stay was amazing. The part of the trip the was the worst is that I was charge $100 plus dollars more than my reservation said and that really made me angry. That really upset me
