Cancellation Policy NO SHOWS: The resort will charge one (1) night’s net room rate for any no-shows.
EARLY DEPARTURES: Guests who depart the Resort earlier than scheduled will be charged a fee of one (1) night rate for the room category reserved. This fee will be assessed to the Company. Guests who depart two (2) or more nights earlier than

Summary: Little black bugs on bedside table. I killed 5 of them. Also, there was always hair in the tub. When I arrived (Someone else’s). And my own after cleaning. One day the room wasn’t cleaned or fresh towels. I had run out of towels and called housekeeping at 4pm. She came and was very nice and cleaned my bathroom and got me towels.
