Positive: The property is positioned beside a river so it was lovely to have the sound of rushing water. It looked out onto the trees lining the river, squirrels bounding through the trees were an added bonus. The one bedroom unit is very comfortable and the area allowed for some nice exploring walks. The apartment had most of the household needs supplied, a pair of kitchen scissors might have been handy, but everything supplied is of high quality. The owner kindly provided a little welcome basket with tea bags, hot chocolate sachets and chocolate.

Negative: One suggestion might be useful. This is a self contained apartment in a fairly isolated area which I wanted. I realise that most visitors would be able to bring some supplies themselves, but for someone coming from a 23 hour flight from the other side of the world it might be helpful to include for an added price a basic package e.g. bread, butter, eggs, cheese, - just a few things to manage until a store delivery can be organised, as without a car there are no shops in the vicinity.

Summary: If you’re looking for a place to relax, this lovely apartment is a perfect getaway.
