There is an exterior stairway to the main door and I have included lots of photos. The little, fully functional kitchen is bright and light. There are pretty views out of every window. The American Leather sleeper sofa has no bars or springs, the gel mattress is firm. There is a deck outside the front door, a kitchen and a desk/work area. The small bathroom has a tub and a shower with good water pressure.

Summary: A nice property in a quiet neighborhood. This upstairs loft was a perfect size for two people. Being close to several local coffee shops meant incredible options for breakfast and beverages to get the day started off right.
