Summary: The accommodation was advertised accurately. It's a well located, quiet building just around the corner from the busy area, a few minutes walk to Gare de Nord. Well located to Montre Marte, 38 minutes walk to the Louvre. Windows opened for ventilation, shower has good water pressure, washing machine is useful. Bed is comfortable. On the 4th floor with tiny lift. Suitable for 2 people only.
