Summary: The TV wouldn't work at first due to last tenant's mischief. There was no coffee pot for the available coffee. There were numerous holes in the walls in the bathroom. There was no door seal at the entrance room door - gaps could be seen allowing warm air to escape resulting in the heater to remain on all night.
