Summary: There was no staff who could assist us. A lot of people were wondering what to do especially during the check-in time. For me, the luggage room was full and wanted to ask if I can drop it ant the basement, but no one was around. Except that room was so clean and amenities were well equipped - location was also convenient and everything was good.
