Newly renovated ground floor ADU in the heart of North Beacon Hill. 10 min walk to Beacon Ave and a host of amazing restaurants & bars. 6 min walk to Mt. Baker Light Rail Station. A couple blocks from Jefferson Park and Cheasty Greenbelt.

Very quick car access to freeways (I-I5 and 90), First Hill, and Downtown Seattle.

2 large bedrooms, 1.5 baths, great light on on a corner lot, heated concrete floors, rainshower bath, and kitchen ready to go. Completely separate parking, entrance, & patio!

Super modern Scandinavian design with built-ins throughout. Clean lines and neutral color give the space a calm and homey vibe.

I live in the upstairs unit and have a small 12 lb hypoallergenic dog called Lu. You may see her out in the front yard. She's super friendly if you'd like to say hello!

Summary: The owner of this property is not really highlighting the strengths of the property with their pics and description. The bedrooms are huge the shower is massive with a rain option. Location is extremely quiet yet very close to downtown.
