Summary: You could not have asked for a better house and location for a small family gathering (6 and a friend) where everyone can share a meal around the table. It’s a fantastic location in east Austin close to UT, downtown, and 10 to 15 minutes from S. Congress and Lamar. Parking was abundant and grocery shopping is close by. I would stay there for any return trip to Austin.
