Summary: The positives: The staff are extremely polite and kind. The hotel’s location is quite convenient — not far from the metro and about 20 minutes from Montmartre. As for the room, everything was clean. We had a ground-floor room with a small terrace; the room was rather small but the bedding was comfortable, and the blackout curtains were great. I also liked the choice of pillows. As for the negatives: people in the room next to us were very loud late at night and the walls were quite thin. The soap was not replaced during our weekend stay, so we had to wash with shampoo. Also, our towels, which we had left on the floor, were not replaced. Another small detail — there was no shower cap among the toiletries, so for women, it’s tricky: you have to hold the showerhead because it doesn’t attach to the wall, and the other showerhead is fixed to the ceiling. There’s also no mirror in the room :).
