Positive: Breakfast on the balcony was wonderful. The view- spectacular The owner served a delicious breakfast- eggs made to order Hosts were very helpful and friendly/informative. Room decor was impressive- large space

Negative: entering the Inn property could be improved- clean the entrance awning- clean/paint the front steps- flowers in flower box could be better maintained. The Inn looked a little "tired". First impressions make a difference
