Positive: Positive: The apartment is just 10 minutes away from the Metro station Line 7. There is a grocery store on the other side of the road. The Wifi internets work fine (you need to concatenate the 3 lines of password). Neutral: We never met the owner of the apartment. Communication was only via Booking chat; the answer was in French. The Host seems not to be a person but rather “L’équipe WanderLoc”.

Negative: We got the instructions how to enter after we asked by chat upon arrival. Entering the apartment was quite strange but no problem, if you are experienced with escape rooms. (Combination of main door code, key safe in the letter box, an old key and a difficult lock) The house is quite old, and the insulation is not good. The road is quite loud, especially after 6am. It could get cold in the winter. One radiator has a broken connection and the other one I would not recommend using because of the risk of fire (there was a melted plug in the socket). The frame of the bed was broken which causes the mattress hanging down. I have reported these issues to the cleaning staff, and I was told that they will repair. The bed sofa is not so large (is ok for 2 children) but quite hard. There were not enough covers for all duvets and pillows. There was some spilled glue or paint on one window. The dishes and pans were not clean. They were oily, maybe just a bit washed with water. So, we didn’t cook in the apartment.

Summary: It is ok if you don't need much comfort, but the beds should be repaired.
